WITHIN AUSTRALIA: TallPoppy does not offer refunds on garments because of change of mind, but I am happy to exchange for another size.
All exchange pieces must be received in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
Please note: You will need to pay for postage - read carefully exchange process.
1. Go to the "Contact" tab on my website. Let me know why you wish to exchange your item. Please note that this needs to take place within 7 days of receiving your goods.
2. Simply repack your order and send it back to me.
3. Once I have received your parcel I will send you the exchanged item.
